When placing an order through our Services:

3. Third-Party Delivery Services
Delivery orders may be fulfilled by independent third-party delivery providers (“Delivery Partners”). Teriyaki Spice does not employ, control, or supervise Delivery Partners.
Responsibility for delivery services begins once the order is handed to the Delivery Partner, including:
• Delivery timing
• Driver conduct
• Order condition after handoff
• Lost or stolen items
This section does not limit any rights you may have against a Delivery Partner under applicable law.

4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Teriyaki Spice does not store full payment card numbers.
By placing an order, you authorize charges including applicable taxes, delivery fees, service fees, and gratuities.

5. Refunds, Credits & Order Issues
For pickup orders, please contact the restaurant location that prepared your order.
For delivery orders:
• Issues related to delivery timing, handling, or driver behavior should be directed to the Delivery Partner
• Teriyaki Spice may reasonably assist in coordinating with the Delivery Partner when appropriate
Refunds or credits are provided in accordance with applicable law.

6. Loyalty & Rewards Program
Participation in our loyalty program is optional. Points have no cash value. Rewards may expire or change. Loyalty benefits may vary by order type, including delivery. Program changes will not affect rewards already earned unless permitted by law.

7. Mobile App
Our mobile app may receive updates to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Continued use may require installing updates.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
